Deluxe Queen Room (Louisburg) This room is located at the end of the 2nd floor wing and is very private and quiet. Six windows plus a covered private balcony make this room very light and airy. The queen bed, private tub/shower bath, seating area and Franklin-style stove fireplace complete the ambience.

King Room with Spa Bath (Malvern) The Malvern is a corner guest room on the second floor that is reminiscent of a bygone era yet offers all the modern amenities for today's traveler: a four-poster king bed, seating area, Franklin Stove fireplace, and a private balcony overlooking the formal gardens. The efficient bathroom boasts a whirlpool tub with shower and towel warmer.

Habitación con cama extragrande y bañera de hidromasaje Opening onto the large deck which faces the side yard gardens, this first floor room is a beautiful, quiet and romantic. The plush, pillow-top king bed, fireplace, bay window seating area, double whirlpool/shower bath, and towel warmer - all combine to provide a memorable experience on your vacation. The bathroom is available with a transfer bench for the tub/shower upon request. There is a private secondary entrance from the deck area.

Habitación con cama extragrande. The Echo Lake Suite evokes the feel of a cabin in the woods. It is on the first floor (up 6 steps to front door). It features 2 Rooms- The main bedroom holds a king bed and fireplace. The dual-purpose parlor has an additional queen wall bed, 50 inch high-definition TV, dining bay and kitchenette. The bathroom features a tandem rainfall shower. A private porch/entrance overlooks the back grounds. This suite will accommodate up to 4 guests.

Habitación Triple Deluxe This large, airy first floor room is thought to occupy the original study of 1884 presidential candidate James G. Blaine. The West End features an ornate king bed with a plush, pillow-top mattress. An additional twin bed is tucked into one corner of the room (additional charge for 3rd guest). A large, covered deck looks over the back lawns and gardens. There is a gas fireplace, a corner whirlpool bath/shower and towel warmer. The West End has a secondary private entrance in the rear of the building.

Queen Room (Miller) The Miller is a very quiet and private room located on the 2nd Floor of Ashe Cottage in the rear of the property. It features a Queen bed, shower, private balcony and in-room coffee Winter rates (late November through April) do not include housekeeping or breakfast.

Two-Bedroom Suite (Mt. Desert Suite) The Mt Desert Suite is on the second floor of the Suites Building. The room sleeps up to 4 people in 2 rooms on 1 queen and 2 twin beds. The twin beds can be joined to form 1 king with advance request. There is a sitting area in the Twin room which opens onto a pleasant deck/entrance overlooking gardens and grounds. The bath features a single whirlpool bath/shower. It does not have a kitchen but does have a refrigerator, microwave, and a coffee maker. Winter rates (November to early March) do not include housekeeping or breakfast.

Queen Room with Balcony (Rockaway) The Rockaway is located on the second floor of the main inn building. The bay window with the original diamond-paned French doors leading to the private balcony (overlooking the back lawn and gardens) makes this a "gem" of a room. Gas fireplace and the queen bed with decorative scrolled headboard entice you to relax. The bathroom features a double bubblejet tub. This room is located on the second floor.

Habitación con cama extragrande. The Rocklynn is located on the 2nd Floor of Ashe cottage in the rear of the property. The room features a King bed, shower, private balcony overlooking the back grounds and in-room coffee. Winter rates (November through April) do not include housekeeping or breakfast.

Habitación Deluxe - 1 cama grande The Des Isle is a room of quiet charm located at the end of the first-floor wing with a sitting area and a private deck overlooking the lawns. A queen bed, contemporary bathroom with a low threshold step-in shower and Franklin-style fireplace complete the ambience. There is a private secondary entrance from the deck in the rear of the building.

Seating is in an alcove with a sliding door window wall that opens onto a deck overlooking the brick terrace and lawns. This romantic room has a large scallop shell style headboard with a French ambiance plus a jetted tub/shower and a gas fireplace.

Habitación con cama grande This second floor room was formerly the master bedroom of Mira Monte - an airy, corner room featuring an ornate king sleigh bed with a plush, pillow-top mattress and a regular twin bed (additional charge for 3rd guest). There is a fireplace and a private bath with a standard shower.

Habitación con cama extragrande. A large bay window catches your eye immediately when you enter this room. The Belmont is furnished in period antiques and a four-poster, plush pillow-top king bed facing the Franklin-style fireplace. The private bathroom features a standard shower. Decorated with elegant reproduction wallpaper, the room provides the experience of the original home- circa 1880.

Habitación con cama grande This charming, quiet second floor room features a cozy alcove sitting area. There is a private balcony overlooking the grounds and back gardens in the distance. It has a queen bed and a compact, contemporary private bathroom with a rainfall shower.

Habitación adaptada para personas con movilidad reducida - Cama grande The Agamont has a queen poster bed in a lovely bay with diamond-paned windows, a private bathroom with a standard tub/shower, and a covered deck with a private secondary entrance overlooking the brick terrace and lawns.

Suite Doble Deluxe - Cama grande The Carriage Road is located on the 1st floor of the suites building (short set of stairs to front entrance). The contemporary suite features 1 room divided by large wooden folding doors, queen bedroom with a fireplace, compact kitchenette, double whirlpool/shower bath, private enclosed screened porch/entrance overlooking the back gardens.

Suite Deluxe The Wingwood Suite is located in Ashe Cottage in the rear of the property and has a private entrance. The entire first floor is dedicated to the two bedroom suite. The room features a queen bedroom and a second bedroom with 2 twin beds that can be joined to form a king bed with prior notice. The private bathroom contains a standard tub/shower. There is a beautiful kitchenette equipped with a 2-burner induction range, microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher. A back door in the kitchenette takes you out to a large private deck. Winter rates (November through April) do not include housekeeping or breakfast.

Habitación Deluxe - 1 cama grande Five windows with views of the grounds and gardens add to the charm of this second floor room. The contemporary room features period antique furniture, a queen bed, a gas fireplace and standard shower. A private covered balcony overlooks the estate grounds, romance is in the air.
