Room 2 - Small Double Room This cosy double room features a standard double bed, an en-suite shower room, a flat-screen TV, tea/coffee making facilities and free WiFi. This room has a view of the garden to the side of the property. Please note that the room is on the first floor, and there is no lift.

Habitación 3 - Habitación con cama extragrande y balcón This room features a large balcony with outdoor table and chairs, and far-reaching views over the Looe Valley. Free WiFi, a flat-screen LED TV and an en-suite shower room are also provided.

Room 4 - Super King or Twin Room Featuring an en-suite bathroom with corner bath and overhead shower, 32-inch flat-screen TV, tea/coffee making facilities and views of the garden and of the Looe Valley. There is a zip and link bed which can be made as either two single beds or a super king-size bed.

There are views of the surrounding Looe Valley with and views of the Moorswater Viaduct. Please note that this room is accessed via stairs as there is no lift at the property.
