2 über 300 jähre alte Gebäude wurden komplett saniert und ausschließlich mit naturnahen Baustoffen wieder hergerichtet. So ist in die bisherige Hofstallung in die sanierte Hülle ein Holzhaus gebaut worden. Im Hupthaus wirdn die Wände von innen mit reinem Naturmörtel neu verputzt und gedämmt.
