Aunque algunas habitaciones con balcón estaban en reformas, las demás tenían todo lo que los huéspedes necesitaban. Aunque hubo algunos problemas de limpieza, como moho en los azulejos del baño y bichos en algunos cajones y la nevera, el personal del hotel fue muy servicial y respondió rápidamente a las preocupaciones. El Benin Royal Hotel dispone de habitaciones cómodas y espaciosas, perfectas para una estancia relajante. Los huéspedes pueden disfrutar de un gimnasio y una piscina limpios y bien equipados. Aunque algunas habitaciones con balcón estaban en reformas durante nuestra estancia, las demás tenían todo lo que necesitábamos. La única crítica que tuvimos fue que la TV podría ser más grande por el precio. Por desgracia, algunas habitaciones tenían problemas con el aire acondicionado y olían a humedad y moho. También descubrimos bichos en algunos cajones de la habitación y en la nevera, así como demasiadas cucarachas. En general, hubo algunos problemas con la limpieza, incluyendo moho en los azulejos del baño. Sin embargo, el personal del hotel fue muy servicial y respondió rápidamente a nuestras preocupaciones.
