Piscina

El Island Shangri-La Hotel de Hong Kong cuenta con una hermosa piscina al aire libre que, lamentablemente, estaba cerrada por reformas durante nuestra estancia. Aunque se suponía que reabriría en septiembre, seguía cerrada. Sin embargo, los huéspedes que ya habían estado en la piscina habían hablado maravillas de ella: está climatizada y es muy agradable, con un personal y unos servicios estupendos. Nos decepcionó no poder disfrutar de ella, pero pudimos disfrutar de la terraza junto a la piscina. El gimnasio y el acceso a la piscina también están limitados con la terraza junto a la piscina y el jacuzzi cerrados, así que es algo que hay que tener en cuenta a la hora de reservar. Además, el suelo alrededor de la piscina era un poco resbaladizo, así que tuvimos que tener cuidado. En general, nos dijeron que la piscina es fantástica y aún mejor cuando Joe y Ernst están cerca para garantizar la seguridad y la felicidad de todos. También había una zona de césped cerca de la piscina donde los huéspedes podían relajarse. Lamentablemente, debido al COVID-19, la piscina está actualmente cerrada, pero no podemos esperar a experimentarla una vez que esté abierta de nuevo.
