El Pullman Oceanview Sanya Bay Resort & Spa goza de una ubicación ideal, a sólo 20 metros de una hermosa playa. El complejo ofrece acceso directo a la playa a través de un paso subterráneo, lo que facilita a los huéspedes el acceso a la orilla. Aunque esté un poco alejado de las principales atracciones de la ciudad, los huéspedes pueden disfrutar de una buena ubicación en los alrededores de Santa Bay, con un ambiente tranquilo a lo Beverly Hills. La amplia y limpia playa está a un corto paseo del hotel, con acceso privado y sillas de playa a disposición de los huéspedes.
